A friend of mine have been working out a Nurgle List, and were unsure if it was a demonic weapon. The idea of a chosen squad with multiples of that along with plague swords is uttely horrible.
If what is a Daemon Weapon? Plague Swords are not. The only daemon weapons unique to models with the Mark of Nurgle are the Manreaper and Pandemic Staff.
Marked models can only have one veteran skill; as such, anything with the Mark of Nurgle can only have a single veteran skill.

Unless it has the Mark of Tzeentch, which can have no veteran skills whatsoever.
