I'm workingon thislist as a basis for a tournament army.  It's Ulthwe based with a couple of elements.  One is the heavy support choices with selected units on guard duty.  The other is made up of fast moving, hard hitting units to take the fight to them.  Tear it up to your leisure ...

Eldrad Ulthran                                      210

6 Harlequins                                         166
Troupe Leader, Shadowseer
2 x Harlequins Kiss

3 Jetbikes                                                76
1 x Shuriken cannon

Warlock - Destructor, Witchblade      127
10 Storm Guardians - 2x flamers

Exarch- Diresword, Bladestorm        133
7 Dire Avengers

Exarch- Additional Deathspinner      186
Powerblades, Withdraw
5 Warp Spiders

Exarch- Sunrifle, Intercept                   158
5 Swooping Hawks

Exarch- Withdraw                                  142
2 Shining Spears

2 Warwalkers- twin scatter lasers    100

2 D-cannons                                         100

2 Vibro-cannons                                   100

Total 1498

This does not look like a solid list. It seems to be composed of fragile units (small numbers, high cost).
I do not play eldar myself, but with this setup it looks like it can be taken down rather easily.

I think a better way would be drop the vibros and D-cannons and possibly the guardians in favour of more dire avengers, some harlies and/or guardian defenders. That could be me though. The warlock I would give conceal to btw, but that is just preference...

I've been playing with some Eldar lists recently, that haven't been that big - but instead make use the ability to pop up and ish out shed loads of damage to a few units, whilst cutting down the return fire to the army. I had some good success against Guard and fellow Eldar with it.

The multiple Dooms Eldrad can throw out is the key I think. Combining it with a few units hitting at the right place can devestate an opponant's force.

Well I tell you what, I think I have the models to field your exact list. Personally I think the list won't do well in a tournament but in casual play it looks fun.

To little spread to thin. It'll be taken apart peice by peice and you'll quickly be left with nothing. Your swooping hawks and shining spears will dissapear in one round of firing, either by dying, or just simply breaking from having half the squad get toasted. Then you've got your foot slogging Dire Avengers and Guardians, who have to run across the table before they can do anything. In the mean time Heavy Bolters will make them dissapear. The only thing I see being remotely useful are the Harlies, Warp Spiders, and maybe the War Walkers, and having 3 solid units in an army of meat sacks is just asking for total failure.

Let us know how the list works out though.
