Does the Space Marine scouts box come with plasma pistols?  I'm thinking about using them straight out of the box as IG Hardened Vet Sergeants.

Nope, no plasma pistols.

The regular box comes with bolters, shotguns, bolt pistols and close combat weapons, and a heavy bolter.

The Sniper box comes with sniper rifles and a missile launcher

I wasn't aware SM Scouts could use plasma pistols.

The Assault Space Marine arms sprue come with Plasma Pistols, unless they have been recut and are no longer available now?

Scout Sgts can if made Veteran.  Thats the only way though.

space wolfes can along with plasmaguns, meltaguns, probobly flamers too

Second that. Just find a friend that plays Space Wolves or someone like me that has too many extra plasma pistols and is willing to trade some away or give them away.
