I remember something about a rule saying titans can see over intervenening terrain if it isnt so high.  So they could see over small hills and forests.

Skimming through the IA rules I couldnt find this.  Is my memory playing tricks?
Did the rule exist? Does it still?

The scale of terrain and models is indicated if somewhat unclearly in the rules. Most terrain is WYSIWYG but hill pieces can be representational of terrain that is much taller. This is at the playeras discretion. So therefore it is at players discretion if certain units can see over hills. Warhounds and other smaller titans probably wont be able to see over hills. But if you build a Warlord, it might.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion. By the juice of the brew my thoughts aquire speed, my mind becomes strained, the strain becomes a warning. It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion.
