so what's the deal with it? who made it? Is there an article or something? It's perhaps the coolest looking carnifex I've ever seen. I want to make one myself and I'd like to know how.

it's mine. Just a standard fex kit, with a lot of chopping and sanding and then extra greenstuff armour plates added (I'm just learning greenstuff and can't handle anything more complicated than armour plates and gap filling yet ) What more would you like to know?
