yes the weapons are fully interchangeable between the FW and plastic/metal models, though you might need to widen the holes in the resin models to fit the plastic/metal models better. millest
thanks alot i'm glad i finaly decided to ask this question. i've been on the fence for a while weather or not to buy some forgeworld stuff i've been eyeing up.

BUY BUY BUY BUY, if you can afford it splash out on one of the FW dread bodies (especially the venerable), to me their much better then any of the standard GW dreads both the standard palstic and the metal venerable. hope you enjoy your purchases millest
You sure about the metal dreads being able to take plastic / resin weapons? I've been tearing apart a metal furioso and converting it to Chaos and I was surprised at how small it is ... Something to think about, but I was able to replace the 'gun' ccw army with a metal chaos autocannon arm, which is also pretty shrimpy so it fit fine.
yeah the metal ones are "roughly" the same size as the plastic version of it and all have interchangeable weapons. the FW one is the same as the plastic one sizewise so no problems
