Ok, been pondering this list and after getting some advice from a necron player I think I have my winner.  I put it up to 1700 because everyone can always use an extra 50 points.  I think its well balanced enough now to smash necrons and still have a fair chance of taking Night Bringer who is 85% likely to join the party.
