The over all look is awsome, I like all the little changes n details to give your army the overall theme, such as kroot heads on each banner and IG heads on your scouts. Your Halo styled wagon is great. Great work.

Demented duo.....the black on my vehicles is just primer,I then dry brush all over with gun metal to give it a worn/metallic look.
On My Marines.....sometimes primer sometimes I paint it astronomican gray [foundation] and then wash with badab black untill I get the effect I am after.

Very powerful looking pieces. Love the beakies!

Nice work. I just love that theme. I see a lot of strange SM themes that get a bit cluttered, but yours looks so great when they're all together. The actual painting is really great as well.

Been working on a Stormhawk for My Malevolents,as usual for me at the mo...not finished but thought I would post some pics!

I roughly scrolled through you blog from page 1 and I can only congratulate for what I've seen! You have really improved your weathering technique to a master-level!

Those vehicles are pure awesomeness. You really believe they been working for their paycheck.

Epic paint, zxyogi - these guys look like they've been in the thick of it.

Regarding the distressing and weathering - I'm specifically referring to the application of the metallics - are you using a combination of sponge-application AND drybrushing, or just drybrushing?

Finally, regarding the Contemptor's honor-scroll: "If you can read this, prepare for liquidation".

Or, in a variation of the wisdom from my favorite 'bot, Bender J Rodriguez: "You're boned"

I really like them the black is a good contrast with the yellow. The chaos gods would be proud to crush these imperium scum in battle.

I'll be honest I was expecting an electric guitar on the chaplins back and not the crozious.
