[You make good points WARORK93, but know that having him one-on-one isn't an excuse for me to have an 'automatic win'. I'm not faulting anyone I just wanted the story to be more swift than this. Its tough to see how this conflict would play out because I don't know how integral each character is to the overall story. It could be that a major fight takes place ending with the death of some characters, but the triumph of good over evil (Sloravek is killed). But for all I know, Sloravek could have become a key to Owain's story. Not knowing the overall plot makes dealing with PCs difficult.

I'm afraid if Owain doesn't clear a little bit up soon that the whole situation may have to be avoided. It would make for an challenging write, but who knows...]
