Who cares? It is a frickin game. If the imperium wins. It is our fault for not being on enough. I would love more xenos in the finals but if the imperium wins it is due to their hard work.

Not really.
The characters with regular supporters tend to have a chance, still some characters could be left out as some people will always aim at them for being in a recent codex...

Aye, tbh I'd love to cover everyone, but it would have been at least six or seven rounds, plus the final/finals. So I made a call, and concentrated on HQ lord lvl characters, and tried to concentrate on the more famous characters. In some cases where I was uncertain who deserved it more, I randomned between those I was considering.
