I'm fairly confident on my understanding of this one, but just in case:

Every third Guardian Jetbike may upgrade it's shuriken catapults to a cannon.  Squad size of Guardian Jetbikes is 3-12.  You may add a warlock on a bike to the squad for the listed points.

Conclusions:
-Minimum squad with a Warlock is 4 models; 3 Guardian Jetbikes + the warlock (i.e., the Warlock does not contribute to meeting the minimum model requirement of 3 Guardian Jetbikes).

-Maximum squad with a Warlock is 13 models; 12 Guardian Jetbikes + the warlock (i.e., the Warlock does not count against the max limit of 12 Guardian Jetbikes).

-Cannon upgrades count only Guardian Jetbikes, so a squad of 5 Guardian Jetbikes + Warlock (6 models) is still limited to only 1 Cannon.

That look about right?

I beleive the above conclusions to be true.
