Started work on a chaos giant.

Eventually I want 3:
1. This one with sack 'o' halflings
2. One with tentacle arm and 'flail of cows'
3. Pimp giant with pimp cane, jewelery and giant floppy hat.

Anyway back to the project at hand. I've been working on this model since wednesday, cutting, bending, greenstuffing, removing conversions I didn't like (why there is repair work on the tummy)

So far I've:
-Removed 1 horn
-Cut the jaw off and repositioned it about 8mm down and greenstuffed the gap after pinning.
-Cut down a plastic spore mine from BOM box set and jamed it in the mouth as a new tongue.
-Sculpted some eyes where the horn once was (should look better when painted)
- Broke the right leg at the knee to allow for repositioning and then fixed the gap.
- Added hair (aimed for male pattern baldness and ended up with a grotesque bum part).
- Hitler moustache
- Boils
- Cut masonary off end of chain and jammed it into the back of the sack of halflings and greenstuffed the back of the bag.
- Pinned him down so he's earlier in the stride about to squash some poor sap, and a little off balance.
- Arm pit hair
- Snail trail

I think I'll leave conversions there as I want to really go bananas on the next giant.

1st 3 pics. All pretty much same angle. Now the guy under the hoof is not stuck in. And there is a different mini or pose in each pic, so I need to get a feel for which one you guys like best.
A, B or C?

Side on pic:
Good show of the weapon, tongue and work on the jaw.
Over exposed to show more detail.

From the rear showing the sack.

From the side showing the eyes (too big but I wanted to be sure people won't think they are boils):

A nice shot of the head:

Awesome!

I really like the tongue reaching out for the man in his hand, a very chaos concept, and clearly indicates that something is wrong with this giant, more so even than the hooved feet or the extra eyes.  Did you use a floating spore mine as the base for that?

However, I do not like the positioning of the right leg, at least the hoof.  It looks like the hoof's ankle is bending forward, which for a humanoid looks pretty odd.  Either he needs to have some sort of obvious mutiation in his leg (like it is a tenticle), or you need to repose that leg again, possiblely by bending his leg at the knee to acheive the same positioning.

In any case, I can not wait to see this guy painted up.

I think the hoof crushing people looks wrong ( the position of the leg coming out of pants or something...) I would pick B with the guy crawling on his belly... I also think the giant's hair looks too nice, maybe make it uneven or longer. Big fan of the Halfling flail.

Yeah, have to agree with SkizO, that leg looks broken. The hoof is over extended pass the knee way more then it could possibly go. In order to make him look like he's stomping, you'll have to raise up the upper leg makng it more horizontal and make the lower leg more vertical. Easier fix will be forgoing stomping and just point the lower leg down to the ground instead of upward.

Otherwise, this is yet another awesome giant conversion of yours and I'm looking forward to seeing this painted.

Wow. I love the idea of a Giant using a sack of halflings as a weapon. Mmm... tender.
