Is there an issue with using the following Farseer in place of Eldrad?

I doubt it. I use the eldar bonsinger for my eldrad. Especially since eldrad is so high priced now...

Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

I use Eldrad as a normal Farseer. I converted mine way back, when he was the only decent looking Farseer model. Bugeye being the alternative.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

I would have no problem with it, especially since it looks better then the original

Would people MIND if I called him Hellfury, the Farseer of the Damned,
Master of the Alaitoc and Lord of the dance, and then just used Eldrad's
rules?

So long as you make it absolutly clear that you are invoking the "Counts as" rule, then you could do, yes.

And you do a little Michael Flatley Riverdance. Totally non-negotiable on that point.

You should name all your models "Hellfury"!

Thats odd, because I named all of my models "malfred".

They constantly fight over who is the real malfred and who is a clone. It get irritating to have to be an arbitrator for such debates during a game, as the high pitched noises coming from my eldar models in distracting. But a little applied smackdown seems to quiet them for a bit...

I mean, I am the real malfred, afterall....
