You are going to want a unit to hide Eldrad in, otherwise he will eat fire.
Conceal does nothing for units in a transport. Give the warlock enhance or destructor.

You have plenty of AP2 firepower, merge the warpspiders into one squad, drop the spinneret rifle for dual spinners and give the exarch withdraw, and possibly power blades. Now the unit can't get stuck in combat and has enough firepower to hurt even larger squads.

You have very few troops, you might want to switch out the star cannons for a wraithblade or scatter laser on the lords.

As an aside, you don't seem to have a very coherent strategy going. Your guard will want to rush forward and shoot along with the spiders, but the lords and Eldrad will be left walking and the pathfinders will sit all by themselves in a corner. It will be easy for an opponent to cut off and kill one group at a time.

You could try a single 10 man unit of Wraithguard. No waveserpents. Use the points you save on some harlies and some dire avengers or spears. Now you have a solid block of nasty, mutually supporting stuff. Your foes will probably focus on it rather then your single Fireprism or the ranger units. The WG are the perfect anvil. They are fearless, and T6. Only the toughest CC units have a chance at takeing them down in one turn, and you have two lords and the harlies to waste those units.

Why do I want to hide Eldrad, as long he is not the closest model to the enemy he cant be picked out and he is also hiding behind 3 monstrous creatures, I am changing the star cannons on the wraithlords for missile launchers to try and make it more anti vehicle, I am trying to leave the warp spiders seperate so I have more scoring units. The pathfinders are going to try and find some good cover and hang out there. The wraithlords are going to try and shoot vehicles and they and the Avatar are a distraction too. That way the wraith guard, warp spiders, and fire prism can be more effective without taking damage.

There are plenty of units that can deep strike or fly behind you quickly and that makes Eldrad easier to target. When he's hidden in a unit you can apportion wounds to expendable guardians/dire avengers, and they can shield him in close combat as well. Your small Warp Spider squads can't claim table quarters if they are under half strength, and even though they have a 3+ save they are only T3 and have a 12' range, so if you want to get some use out of them they are going to be exposed to fire. If you just want to hide them in a corner take Swooping hawks instead. They are cheaper and can fleet to contest a table quarter in turn 6.

It will only take a Ld roll in order to target Eldrad. Doesn't sound like a whole lot of protection.

I edited the list above and took out the pathfinders and added in DA

yeah i think the Dire Avengers would do more good than pathfinders, maybe a second fire prism instead of wraithlord. if not give the wraithlords EML and BL to increase anti tank
