This is the Castle Law Hotline army in all it's glory.  It has been doing well for itself.  It handles shooty armies and CC armies fairly well.  I want to know what I can do to improve upon it.  It's based around using "purity above all" and upgradeing tactical squad sergeants to apothecarys.  And then castling everything up together to make use of the apothecary's ability to negate one failed save(of any kind) as long as it is not against an instant kill weapon.

The apothecarys can use their skill on any model within six inches so by working units into columns one can maximize the benifits and spread them around.  I'm writting this at work without my codex so I don't rememver all the costs but they were at 1993 pts. total I believe.

HQ:  Master w/ power weapon/bolt pistol 90pts

Codicifer w/ fear of the darkness, bolt pistol/force weapon 106 pts.

5 man command squad with standard bearer with terminator honors and chapter standard, apotecary, company champion, and 2 las cannons

Troops: 6 5 man tactical squads with apothecaries and las cannons   130 pts. each

Fast Attack:  3 seperate land speeders, each with multi-melta  65 pts each  (deep strike in to attack hidden basilisks or other indirect fire)

Heavy Support:  2 5 man devastator squads with 4 plasma cannons each  215 each (anti infantry)

1 5 man devastator squad with 4 missile launchers 155 pts. (anti infantry or armor)

Really not much anybody can offer as information for your army. To me this army is a 50/50 and that is it.  As long as your are allowed to set up the way you wish and fire at range. You are going to have a great chance of staying up. Alas set up is the key to your army and if that is changed via mission or something else, you could see your army going down the drain fast.  If this is working for you thou, keep is going and look to tweak it just a bit.

Little bit of terrain and two basilisk could make your day a nightmare.

My army would just take ld test to shoot at your main chump of change until its dead. Lascannon, missle launchers, heavy bolter, pounding away at your three core units would = mass death. HTH would clean up after that with the rest of my army moving forward in case hth died. It hard to space five marines so that they all dont get hit. Either two heavy, base marine, two heavy to limit the death options.

Best of luck and just look at tweaking some of the list. I would look at putting two tact unit next to a dev unit. Then you need to find the points to pump the dev unit up some so that they dont die asap.
