So, I went to the darkside and started a Marine chapter.  I swore I never would play Marines...but after a couple proxy games...it was actually fun trading bolter fire w/ a buddy.  So here I be.

I'm going to create my own Chapter.  Ideas are still floating around....but I was considering making an unorthodox chapter.  Something along the lines of a chapter dedicated to studying Chaos to better understand how to defeat it.  Then I could add fluff around they are privy to a secret which protects them from the Inquisition...blah blah...this is the modeling forum.

Soooo....I need help designing a Chapter badge.  The army will appear battle worn, regardless of the details of the fluff be small in size...and I'm using the Apothecary theme/trait.  They value all life over exterminating entire planets, yadda yadda.  Just a bit of background of where I'm going to help possibly develop input. 

Anyways, here are some pics so you can see where they are at.  I have the basic scheme pretty much down (Much borrowed from some guy named Mig..I just didn't dig his oil stains/etc).  My next step is chapter design/badge design however...as it will influence my terminator conversions greatly (Any ideas there as well will help!).  Thanks for looking:
