My playing group represents all armies expect Dark Eldar, so I have been trying to make balanced list. Because of my limited budget the obliterator and the marine squad cannot leave the list, since I all ready own those.

Well my tactic would be to bind the blood letters to chosen, and while they are making their way the rest is laying down heavy support fire. The round where the lt and the chosen can charge the blood letters will be summoned to join the charge.
