I was thinking on using a Vyper, letting the Farseer stand on the back of it.  The real problem is that I want the robe to be waving in the air.  Any suggestions on what model to use?  I don't care if it a Warhammer model or any type as long it GW.  Also what would be the coolest looking Laser Lance to use for my Autarch on jet bike?

What do you think on me using the Grey Knights weapons as Singing spears for my Warlocks?  If you have any other suggestion on what to use please let me know.

Please excuse the dust, as this model has been on the shelf for a while.  This is my take on the Jetbike Farseer w/ Spear.

That image insert feature really does take a bit of getting used to.

@ Hespithe- Great conversion work there. I like it alot.

@ Big E- Besides the fantastic Viper conversion, you could also look at Migsula's Eldar Army Blog, currently found on the 3rd page of this forum.

His 1st pic is his take on the Farseer with Jetbike. Instead of a Viper chariot, he used a standard Farseer with a jetbike mounted on the base. No cutting, or sculpting skills required. The simplicity of the model is what makes it most effective and efficient to me.

Probably the best thing about migs's bike is that you don't have to use
those stupid flying base stands.

Thanks everyone that posted with suggestions.  And the guy with the Vyper conversion very nice.  I hope you dust the thing off and finish it.  The table top would love to display it for you.  And I love the idea with the Farseer standing next to the bike.  I think that's going to be the winner for me.

Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

Very nice, you stole my thunder, and improved on it.

I planned a cut down Vyper for my Farseer too, complete with circular guard.

The only real differences are that I would like far less decoration, and I intend to use a converted Eldrad figure, he will be pinned but not glued, with the witchblade hand replaced by a hand grabing onto the safety rail. If done properly when I remove him to use on an infantry base he will look like he is 'force choking' someone.

I think your idea for the Farseer is far better. Nevertgheless dont glue him on make an additional base for him to stand on, probably standing atop a broken column to account for the spear.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion. By the juice of the brew my thoughts aquire speed, my mind becomes strained, the strain becomes a warning. It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion.

As or using Grey Knight weapons, I am not sure. I would go for silver helm lances perosnally. I got a Grey Knight sgt halberd for use by my biker Librarian, but as thats still Imperial it fits nicely. Sorry its too beefy a weapon for eldar.
