I'm getting ready to order a few Drop troop sets from FW. I've looked throughout the FW site, but still have a few questions about the minis. Before I make the plunge, I'd like a bit of info from anone who's got some experience with them.

1) When they say Multi part, how are they broken down? I assume the heads and arms are separate. Are the Torsoes and legs 1 piece or 2?

2) In reference to the HB teams. Are the troopers firing and loading the HBs also multipart or are they single pieces. Could these minis have standard lasgun arms attached? I'm looking to make my squads to have more poses than 9 standing and 1 kneeling... A couple guys laying down giving well aimed fire would be nice.

3)  Are the weapons attached to the arms like the Cadian plastics or are they separate arms that you can model with any weapon you like, similar to current SM arms?

4) Are they separate from their bases?

I'm sure I'll have more questions before I order. Any additional info you think I should know but didn't ask would also be appreciated.

Hey Flagg07, I hope this link helps you. I was gonna do an Elysian Drop troop army, but it was way too exspensive! I hope that this helps you out.

Very nice. Thanks for the site. I'd love something similar in regards to HW teams. Anyone got any?
