1. I am fully aware I haven’t made use of the Advantage - (Courageous) Trust Your Battle Brothers. This is because for now I cannot see where to lose some points to give my Tactical Squads the True Grit + CounterAttack abilities for +3pts per model.

2. I would like to give the Rhinos Extra Armour but cannot see where to get the points from

Please comment on this list and explain if you feel it will be effective against other Space Marine + Eldar Army Lists.

This looks like a pretty solid list for going against other Space Marine and Eldar Army lists. Its got a good mix of anti-tank weapons, but also has the power fists for that extra kick in hand to hand. I wouldn't use it against any type of horde army though as it is very lacking in multiple-shot weapons, but your question specified strictly other Space Marine and Eldar so I digress. I'm not a big fan of the Vindicator. Its short range means you have to get up close to use it which in turn makes it vulnerable to assault and short range melta weapons. You might consider dropping it for a Whirlwind and using the extra points for Traits and Extra Armor for your Rhinos. Just my two cents.

I agree with your points on the Vindicator.

I would replace it with a Whirlwind, just wait till the weekend when I can use my Birthday money to buy some stuff =D

It's main tactic (the Vindicator), is a distraction. It charges forward with my two rhinos, acting as another shield for my Assault Marine + Chaplain squad. My opponents will have no choice but to shoot at it, which will re-direct fire from my other units. If I get lucky on Ordnance rolls, I can obliterate entire Skimmer Squds, heavy weapon units, and Walkers. I have little experience with my Vindicator, I'd like to try it out a little. If my experience is bad, I'll replace it with a Whirlwind which will free up points elsewhere.
