Hammer and Brush is proud to present our first sponsored tournament at the Chicago Battle Bunker for Warhammer 40,000!

Tournament will start at 12pm on Saturday June 16th, 2007. Three games will be played throughout the afternoon and early evening to determine the winners of the categories Best Overall, Best General, Best Appearance, and Best Sportsman. Winners of these categories will win prizes from Hammer and Brush and the GW Battle Bunker staff!

Open slots for 24 players are filling up quickly so please sign up now! Everyone who participates will receive a prize from Hammer and Brush in addition to the four main categories! Contact the Chicago Battle Bunker and ask the staff to sign up for this tournament. Specific rules are as follows:

1750 points following the same army list restrictions as the GW Grand Tournament rules. Army lists do have to be shared with opponents so extra copies should be available for judges and other players.

Questions about this tournament, further events, or anything else you might want to know should be emailed to us at hammerbrush@gmail.com

Hope to see a full crowd on June 16th!

Great examples of our work can be seen on our website www.hammerandbrush.net

The prizes will be miniatures that we are currently building and painting for everyone who attends, as soon as they're finished I'm sure a sneak peek can be arranged! So keep an eye one this thread!

Unfortunately no, the thought behind the prizes is that they are to both attract participants and to advertise our painting and modelling abilities so supplying unpainted minis wouldn't really do that very well! I hope people understand our point of view on this.
