Please give me some comments regarding this list.  It's obviously a very "fluffy" list, but I have been surprisingly successful with a similar list.

I may be way off, but aren't khorne dreads supposed to be all CC.  Just speaking from a "fluff" point of view.  Like I said, I may be totally off base (my Chaos codex is at a friend's house).  Just for kicks, you should check out the sword for your DPrince that takes away inv. saves.  Also, check out the chosen guys.  I made a squad of 10 with wings and khornate chain axes.  After all was said and done they had 4 attacks, 5 on a charge.  Insanity...  expensive, but worth it if used correctly.

I have used CC dreads - my old list actually had 2 CC dreads and 1 LC Dread.  They always ended up getting immobilised and were  no threat afterwards..  at least if this one gets immobilised, he can still kill stuff.  besides he's still really good in close combat.

I actually like the sword idea, but I'm kind of fond of the great weapon actually.  I plan on using him against marine squads (that's what most people play nowadays) and the ignore inv.  won't be that useful.  Plus I'd need to come up with 22 pts from somewhere and deal with the demonic weapon rules.

let's see, a squad of 10 chosen (are you sure you don't mean possessed?) would cost 17 base, 13 to make Champs, 5 for MoK, 1 for Chain Axe, and 10(might be wrong here..) for wings, then multiply by 10 = 460 pts - that's way more than I would spend on a squad!

yeah, sorry I did mean possessed.  Like I said, I'm going off memory and it's been about a year since i looked at my chaos codex.  And yes the squad is expensive, but it is holy smack effective.  Like I said, It's food for thought., nothing more.  It does however, scare the poo out of your opponent    and in the end, Isn't that what chaos is all about?
