My goal here is to make this nidzilla list as competative as I can.  I've been playtesting the list and I've got it refined up to this point.  I'm looking for some final input before I buy the models.

I'm using Devourers instead of Barbed Stranglers on the Tyrants and Heavy Support Fexes because in playtesting my opponants were spreading out far enough that the stranglers were haveing less effect then the devourers would.  Plus, the devourers are cheaper.  I put Feeeder Tendrils on the Genestealers, because it lets the Carnifexes hit on 3+, but I have found it unecessary to give the stealers extended carapace, because they can just stay behind a couple of carnifexes, which block LOS as they advance.  I am very fond of the heavy support carnifexes with 5 wounds and regenerate.  It's a nice combination.

Let me know what you think.

Man, that's the joy of Anime! To revel in the complete and utter wastefullness of making an unstoppable nuclear-powered combat andriod in the shape of a cute little girl, who has the ability to fall in love and wears an enormous bow in her hair.

Hmm....

What you have is pretty good. Just some suggestions to think about.

HT: Nidzilla is a slow list. Would advocate for a Devil Flyrant. Gives some helpful mobility to jump out and kill something. Would also give them +Sv.
How often are they going to be fighting multiple wound models? Ever?
How often are they charging into cover? Ever?

Stealers: I would be happier with larger broods. Could take FT off of one brood. Shouldn't need them on two really.

HS carni: You have no Flyrant, and the majority of your guns are 18". Everytime your Fex decides to shoot at something 19+" away, you are wasting that devourer. That large blast should be able to get a few, and at S8. Plus, it is the only gun you have that can penetrate armor.
Anything within 18" already has 36 Devourer shots coming at it, you need the ranged attacks more than extra worms.
How often are you charging with the fex? Drop the Tusks, and you can get 2 more stealers.
If you have more than 1 wound left on the Fex at the end of the game, you have 'wasted' points. How often do you think regenerate will be the difference between life and death for the fex? That would be 4 more stealers

I appreciate the input, coredump.

The Implant attack is great for character killing, that's why I take it.

I tried the 2+ saves, but I never played against anyone who took lots of missile launchers, they all took lots of lascannons, so it seemed like a lot of points I could put to use elsewhere.

I find the flesh hooks quite good, actually, especially considering how cheap they are.  People like to set up in terrain, mostly out of habit, and my carnifexes fight better chargin into terrain then they do out in the open, because they have Initiative 10 instead of 1.

I've noticed seveal comments about the tusks and devourers on the heavy carnifexes on several of the boards.  I tend to keep my army very close together and advance and charge en masse, so the tusks and devourers really work for me.  Do other nidzilla players keep their shooty carnifexes further back or something?  Is that a more effective strategy?

@Doctor Thunder:

From my limited experience with my Zilla's, I usually take a Flyrant ( mine is configured for CC) and the same type of Walking tyrant, but I opted for 3 guards. I use only 2 Dakka fexes and one CC fex for the elite slots. The CC fex might be swaped out in the future for another Dakka fex.

I run slightly different HS fexes:

GunFex: Venom Cannon, Barbed Strangler, Enhanced Senses, Flesh Hooks, Reinforced Chitin - 164pts

GunFex: Venom Cannon, Barbed Strangler, Enhanced Senses, Flesh Hooks, Reinforced Chitin - 164pts

UberFex:Venom Cannon, Scything Talons, Adrenal Glands (I), Adrenal Glands (WS),
Bonded Exoskeleton, Enhanced Senses, Flesh Hooks, Reinforced Chitin,
Tail Weapon: Mace, Toxin Sacs, Toxic Miasma - 211pts

I usually keep these guys back and in cover, just in case. I'll move them as needed. The uber fex might get replaced as well for another gun fex

And as for Flesh Hooks, everything in my army has them. Nothing is better than rolling 3d6 for difficult terrain checks, it really helps with such a slow army! And I also like them for the same reasons you said Doc Thunder.
