Pea dot cammo - I've not heard of that before.  It is actually squares when you see it at "normal size"

Yeah, in the end he will be based.  You can look at the other pictures in the gallery to see how the army looks when "done"

Because of my current situation, it will probably be a month or so until I get the basing done and finish the flag.  I plan on adding some decals to it (the flag) to make it look Cadian.
