RAZORBACK x2 w/ heavy bolter turret
Predator Annihilator x3 w/ lascannon sponsons, searchlight
LS Typhoon 2x1 w/ heavy bolter
Basic strategy, shoot with everything for as long as possible. Use command and tacs w/ meltaguns for counter-charge/objective grabbing. These 16 marines will stay close to one another. Use range of speeders to survive, supporting r'backs anti-troop firepower and grab objectives in last round. Preds will do the obvious, sitting back as far as possible, if opportunity presents, mobile objective grabber. Reason I went with all r'backs is the ability to combine firepower/mobility.
I am not looking for list changes so much, but I have 20 points and would like opinions/suggestions on which would better complement this particular list. THANKS!
A) add a company champion to the command squad.
B) upgrade one of the r'backs to lascannon turret.
C) upgrade the speeders to tornadoes.
D) change chappy to librairian w/ bp & FOTA, combat shield and add smoke to 4 r'backs.
E) some other option I overlooked better than the above choices.
PS~ please don't tell me how your list or this list or that list will slaughter mine. I will find that out for myself and frankly it is not the end of my world if I get rocked 3 games.
I am bringing my 11 year-old son and it will be all about having fun and checking out the traditionally awesome armies. But I have to admit, I hope I run into a nidzilla list. I like my chances
