A buddy of mine is running a small tournament this weekend at the Warzone in Cleveland, OH.  It's 3000pts, two rounds, with forgeworld and unpainted models allowed.  Proxies will generally be allowed within reason, and loaner units are available for most armies (PM me if you have any questions).

The store has a good stock of terrain, and the cost is only $15 with most of that going into store credit. 

If like larger, laid back games in a friendly atmosphere, this is going to be right up your alley.
