JB: I like the concept of a free Shrike roaming through the treetops of the jungle. I'm not sure that I like the idea of a real Shrike sitting on my couch eating my Skittles.

The sign means "I shan't be playing on this server as it already has lots of stuff on it" but in considerably less eloquent terms, it was probably placed on the nearest building so someone will see it.

I don't see why they didn't spend a few minutes walking further away/build a boat and sail away to untouched parts of the region.
