You should be able to start with a certian amount of NPCs...

Yeah, I have to give you some serious props Klimino...you've really managed to create a really interesting and down right creepy character...I'm very impressed so far... ...
And ...just so no one thinks I'm playing favorites here... ...I'm real happy with what every one of you has but out so far...some really good stuff...
I know I don't have to tell my Vets...as they all know.
But for the new folks who've just joined...I can only stress here the importance of story.... don't worry about focusing on killing and action...believe me ..by the time this RP is over you will all have waded through a sea of blood, let your primary goal be in telling the story...creating your characters and really giving everyone a feel for who they are...how they tick...what motivates them...pushes them...that's the key to having a good Blood Moon character...and really enjoying the ride...
You can make " BoomPOWBANG!!" characters that run around shooting all the time in ANY RP...but in Blood Moon...give your creations life...so that even if you simply RP them walking down a street...or having a drink...their interesting to know.
