Looking for thoughts on this concept.

Creating Demon World Forces using Nidzilla rules. The force represents an all demon force.  As they are under the influence of a strong warp presence no summoning needed.  Allows me to use some converted bloodletters I have, and always wanted to do a truly demonic force. The Nidzilla list with lots of big beasties, medium beasties and beastmen level beasties seems ideal.

Thinking Khorne focused.  Also thinking the bases would be black with a glowing red Khorne symbol that each mini is standing on.

Thoughts?

Hive tyrant

Belakor-pretty much as he is (maybe a wolf head)

Big Fexxes

Converted shaggoths sporting multiple weapons, a gatling gun type thing, or multiple reaper autocannons as one big gun.

Dakka fexxes

Converted dragon ogres with smaller guns

 Genestealers

Bloodletters (18 already converted from my LATD force with wolf heads and cloaks). The remaining 10-20 would either be bloodletters or kharnigors.

or Kharnigors (cutting the head off of a bloodbletter to replace with a wolf head is an unbelievably arduous task)

Broodlord

Bloodletter champion, converted to the Mammy! pose

Gaunts

Beast herd.  They come with spears which I would tip with a flaming blade or some sort of Hobby Lobby gem to represent their capability of shooting raw warp energy.

I read your title, and my mind went a different direction:

Hive Tyrants:
1 flying greater demon, 1 not. If it were me, it'd be the Keeper of Secrets on foot, and maybe a converted bloodthirster (or a Lord of Change, as more fluffsome).

Fexes:
Demon prince models, of various types. Alternatively, some gun-toting spawn conversions might be a good fit.

Stealers:
Daemonettes. They have rending, after all.

Rippers:
Nurglings

Raveners:
Mounted Daemonettes, as they have rending, too.

So yeah - I like your idea. Dunno about the beastmen usage, from my personal aesthetic standpoint. And the best news? Given that daemons are going to go generic, you won't even run afoul of the "counts-as" rule. Your 'zilla daemons can face off against my loyalist Lustwing in Drop Pods.

Would you believe I had this exact same idea yesterday?

Daemonettes: stealers
thirster: flyrant
KoSecrets: walking tyrant

Here's the real question: what level of acceptance would the average gamer have to not adding guns to the various daemons, but making it abundantly clear what each is armed with. Essentially, I want to counts this list as nids until the Daemon world codex comes out.

I would count this list as Nids as well for purposes of gaming. Synapse creature outside of the Melahkor/hive tyrant, would likely have a nice chaotic banner or trophy of some sort.

I thought of demonettes as well (and have ten already painted), but to me bloodthirsters better represent the power and the glory of genestealers, 8 foot tall bundles of joy rolling forward, laying about them with their great axes.

If it is supposed to have a ranged weapon of some sort, I'd like it to have something. Model it with lightning from its eyes and/or fireballs from its arse - it matters less WHAT it looks like, so long as a) it's consistent (all lightning bolts are the same weapon); and b) it's obvious which models have ranged attacks, and which don't.

Fireballs from the colective posterior motive of so many Beastmen would be both unique but too difficult to accomplish. I was envisioning crystal/gem bits from Hobby Lobby on the ends of the wewapons and potentially one or two actually shooting a stream of energy.

Ever played or heard of the game Savage?  The shooting weapons of the beast faction are basically sticks with glowy crystals on the end, that shoot various streams of energy.  So your idea seems spot on to me

On the whole plan, I like it, another solid 'counts as' army concept.  The idea of big monsters with implanted guns and such reminds me a lot of DOOM, and has just now got me thinking on how a QUAKE II / IV inspired zilla army would look.  Big nasty biomechanical strog death machines with T7, 2+ saves and 5 wounds ...

*shakes a cybernetic fist for inspiring thoughts of more counts-as armies!*
