(1) I tried to move a brewing stand yesterday and when it was broken down it disappeared. Is this normal? Should I have used a specific tool to break it up? It's no biggy as I had a couple of blaze rods spare anyway but I'd like to know if it was a server error, or me being an idiot, just in case I want to move things around in future.
(2) I'm dipping my toe into the YouTube thing and wondered if anyone else on the server made videos. Clearly we're no Hermitcraft or Mindcrack but if anyone else is producing stuff it would be nice to know just in terms of being nosey.
(2) Yes a few people have done videos, but nothing much on a regular basis (that I know of). I don't think I need to give permission, but people do seem to ask every now and again, so yes, anyone has permission to record videos. I mean, if people wanted to keep things to themselves, there's the singleplayer mode right there
Just wondering, does the PC version have the equivalent of the xbox 360 'natural' pack?
Just asking as I pondering getting the PC version as well, but the vanilla version of MInecraft wants me to tear my eyes out, its seems quite subtle, but the natural changes really make the look of the world much more appealing to me.

It's really more accurate to say that the xbox has a version of the Natural Packs that the PC had before the xbox version even existed.

I said xbox 360 natural pack because I have no idea if that is a lone upgrade pack on the PC or a combination of mods, There was no slight against the PC minecraft eitherway and I am well aware where Minecraft comes from.
Hell isn't it just nice to see a game like Minecraft come to Consoles and conquer just as well over there as it did on PC.

Huh, is it a problem on my end, or is it no longer possible to destroy a minecart that you're currently riding? Nor does it seem that they can be placed anywhere other than rails either.

A few additional benefits of the PC version (I'm not trying to knock the Xbox version - sometimes you really can't beat sitting in the same room as your friends)
Texture packs are free.
Resolutions of up to 512px are now supported without the need for any mods (this may be useful for you if you dislike the pixellated style of Minecraft)
You can switch between texture packs without needing to quit the game.
You can edit or even make your own packs. (Like a pack but hate how cows look? Fix it yourself)
Texture packs are now known as resource packs, because you can also add resources such as new sounds.
You can call it a console war type post, if you want, but really, it's the truth here. The massive variety of texture packs on the PC version-- and all of them free of charge!-- has existed for a long time.
Heck, I build my own texture packs occasionally, because it's pretty easy to do! And that's not even touching things like Painterly.

Hey guys, must say that you've done a really nice job with the nether hub! I've settled about 5000 blocks west of spawn. Just made my nether portal and was pleased to find that the western tunnel was just below it, so that's less work for me to do to link them
I've made a long tunnel with a minecart rail line all the way from my Portal (Jericho) to the Cadian Gate where I have a 2nd home. This tunnel is private, intended for travel between Jericho and the Cadian Gate only, and as such its completely isolated from the rest of the Nether Hub network. It passes below the Western tunnel and several other tunnels - use those public tunnels if you need to connect to the network.
I'd appreciate it if people don't connect their tunnels to it as I don't want the rail line being broken or obstacles and breaches in the tunnel.
Some sections have cyan glass walls so are fairly distinctive.

What are you prepared to trade for it... I only use lapis for one thing and that projects over now I have at least 14 blocks and probably 30 ish lapis lieing around... I don't go mining that often :p I don't have to mine for iron so I rarely go down there :p as a result I fortunately don't have lots of lapis taking up precious room...
As for ender eyes I could be persuaded to trade them... For the right trade of course. It is ender eyes you want not just pearls.

amendment... seeing as lapis will apparently be becoming useful, and enchanted stuff is more useful than flint i'll be needing to keep my lapis sorry :/
