Finally finished the rest of the group for my inquisitor for my guard army. I made his warrior/guardsmen with red cloth instead of gray like the rest of the army, but the armor still black.

Alls I have left to paint now is a Chimera and the army is done

Rest of the army can be seen here

Crappy pics as usual but wadaya think?

They look good from what I can see. Again, I'm not too keen on the lack of stark highlights for your black and red, but we've been over that before

Where's the shoulder insignia and inquisitorness on the guardsmen?

Look good from what I see.  Definitely table top worthy.  Shoulder pads do look like they could use an Inquisitor symbol though.  Do they make Inquisitor transfer slides?  It's been so long since I've bought anything new.

oh heavens, I knew I forgot something... :/

They are highlighted a bit though, I think my crummy camera and crummy lighting hide some of it

Once I get my chimera done I plan to make a new army display board for tourneys since my old one got left behind at the last one so when that's done I plan to take new and hopefully better pics of everything. I wanna try and do a magnetized board like they had in Black Gobbo a while ago

Nice but not an idea loadout for your Inquisitor. A psycannon or plasma pistol would work better. Even a strom bolter.

And a rhino with 2 fire points would be better than a Chimera.

The chimera is just for my guardsmen, just the last model for the army that I gotta do THis guy does drive a rhino actually

It's my old marine command rhino/razorback, one of these days I make a new one for this guy with FW inquisitor doors and stuff

Tell me a story about those plasma guns... I really like them.
Teach me how to make them, please!

The plasma guns are very easy I saw it on someone else's army posted here before, almost 2 years ago when I was first starting the army, it looked like a good idea so I stole it Don't remember who the guy was though

I use the pair of arms with the lasgun that has no hand molded onto it under the barrel.. and the open hand for the left arm. Take the gun and slice it in half straight down right next to the ammo clip. On my 2nd pic you can kind of see the seam on the guy in the lower right. Anyway, you cut the gun off there (I also saved the tips and used them on my Chimera so it would have "modern" lasguns coming out). Then, take a marine assault squad plasma pistol, and cut off the handle and back of the gun at the end of the coil part. Glue it to your lasgun, use a teeny bit of green stuff to blend it in and also cover up a little square hole that will be at the bottom, and you're all set. I also saw a similar conversion where a guy had a backpack kind of thing with a hose going to the bottom of the gun, but I liked the "light" look of this one better.
