Nice, I like the use of the Dark Elf shield symbol, it really works on the dread. The doom siren mouth thingies around the chainfist and autocannon are a nice touch too.

I'm still working on her, but this one happens to be the favorite of my vehicles. If you're flying a ship, it's entirely likely that you'll find yourself pressed into imperial service with the guard. This particular crew found themselves having their ship designated a "Modified Valkyrie".... I still have a lot of weathering to do on her to dusk her up right; but here she is.

Crazy as it may sound, you may actually have that fulfilled in a week or two, if my vision comes to fruition once I'm back with my modeling supplies.

I like the 40k Skaven airship and troops, great stuff.

Thanks everyone for your coments on my dread.

@Reanimator, drilling those heads out is a pain, but it's well worth the effort. Congratz on winning the Dec comp great painting, I've got some tau stealth suits to paint I might try to get 1 done for the next comp.

I always said that head would look really good on a LotD model, and now you make one! I was going to do one...after my grand master...and falchion...and heresy-era army...and DKoK...and grey knights...yeah it'll be a while.

that looks more like a tau flyer. (I know it's made out of tau bits) But it is some nice conversion work. A wash would look really good on that.

@kern
I'm not sure if i've missed a link, not knowing a great deal of tau fluff, but the kroot machine seems a tad "orky" to me. Having said that, the humour in the model is great, especially the eyes on stalks effect.

@ Ranger1977
I'm a big fan of dymanic posing, but being unfamiliar with the original model I'm not sure exactly how much conversion has gone into your chapter master piece. Whether its mostly you or mostly the original sculpt, its still come off really well. More please!
