I never did look to see where I placed, or what my sportsmanship score was.

Thanks

Please if anyone knows, let me know

I don't believe they are up yet. I hope they take their time - I sure don't want to see my name immortalized next to my score

I read that quick post... damn it was fast. Looks like I placed ##, I am sure thats in error I was pretty sure it should have been ##. Then again most of the scores read the same... ##

Got another pic? Looked like my ranking might be 15, but its so blurry can't tell.

If you chose the download option, it lets you zoom in and see everything.

I think you might have been around 30th, but it is hard to tell. But I can tell you that your painting score killed you.

@Sazzlefrats - I can't believe that people gave you lousy painting scores. Didn't you tell them that your autistic nephew painted them for you while you babysat him and that you were honored to represent with them at the LAGD? (smirk)

Hahaha

Anyhow I must be dumb or its a mac thing I don't see a download option other than copying the image and trying to enhance it, and when I do that it just pixilates thus unreadable, kinda like it is now. Maybe I got a wonder 35th place, I'm pretty sure the 2nd number under ranking is a 5 and after getting my a$$ handed to me so completely that one game I beleive it.

Just slapped the full size files up to the iDisk:
http://idisk.mac.com/svitavsky-Public (case sensitive counts and requires IE 6.0 + or firefox.

Those should be extra clear at 3MB each.

Didn't you get the memo? GW policy as explicitly shown over the years is that they will post something pertinent and relavent only when no one has any further interest left in it. Because of your recent post, GW may now assume there is still interest and will delay posting for at least one more month, possibly two.

Yep, Mike has it in the bag.

Scott needed to go to Adepticon in order to win it.

A lot harder to do it with Tau versus Chaos and enforcers.

the facts remain that greg and mike are the best players overall in the country. for extra ammo Greg even won the heat one in last years gt in the uk.
they just play well with an army strong army and they have worked hard to paint it well.

oh and the recently destroyed the best from chicagoland in a four game tourney

my money is on greg getting enough points for second during the balt gt to follow greg or mike winning the hard boy tourney on friday

Okay if they are the best then as you say they will finish 1 - 2 in the circuit and the hard boyz tourney.

Mike and Greg are very, very good.

But it is hard to say who is the "best" player in the country.

I think that it would be better to say that there is a top tier of players, and that they both belong in that group.

It will be interesting to see how they change and adapt to the new chaos codex.

I don't think I would have any problem calling Mike the best 40K player in America 2007. After all, he has the most points in the GT circuit and has done it with, pretty much, the same army all year. Having played against him at the LA GamesDay, I would have to rank him as my toughest opponent this year.

More painting is how we are going to adapt.  Ugh.  The armies that we have are more than viable.  I think some of the rules balancing in the new codex is great.  However, it is a very bland codex and something that is not as exciting to play.  Now we could always go back to playing IG
