Seriously lacking long range AT. Maybe with 4 Lascannon toting sentinels it might work.  I doubt those melta toting vet squads in chimeras will survive to get close enough, plasmas would be better with a lascanon. Why cameoline if they obviously want to be moving in close, not parked in cover providing long range fire support?

I usually use stormies in my mech lists as a excuse NOT to have to buy a chimera and they instead deep strike in as suicide squads (Air Cav!)

I agree about the lack of ranged AT. The cameleoline is there for the vets so they can hunker down in a chimera wreck. This has worked pretty well for me before in the past. The Vet units would be a good place to put some lascannons, or missle launchers to help with the lack of AT. The whole purpose of the enginseer is to support the Leman Russ tanks. I have never used one before, and so this is something of an experiment. I may drop him in favor of another vet squad or maybe some rattlings. I'm interested in the idea of deep striking the Storm Troopers.

Also drop a grenadier squad for an AF squad with Las/ Plas and use their transport as a shield. The lascannon sentinels will help as well. Also if you are mech why in the world do you not have Close Order Drill?

The only problem with taking AF units is that would mean I would have to commit to taking an Infantry Platoon for each one.  That is a different army all together. 

Can't you rig it with doctrines so you can take armored fist squads by themselves or something? Man my IG knowledge is hazy.

But las/plas chimera squads would be a great fit as troops.

However one thing I do know, is that dudes have a hard time piling out of a chimera with meltaguns and getting good shots, so watch out for that.

I'd put Lascannons on your Leman's before I'd buy las sentinels. They just stink. Free VPS 4tl.

That aside, I think you have enough antitank unless you face Necrons. Your autocannon Chimeras combined with plasmaguns and meltas should be able to do for Falcons.
