I'd give better advice if I had to codex infront of me, but from what  keep hearing, the blastmaster is overcosted. for those 6 noisemarines in a rhino, you could have 10 regular marines with 2 plasma in a rhino. Also, I don't see why you gave your sorceror a bike instead of a jump pack. You won't want him moving more than 12" anyway. You're probabaly paying for the +1 toughness....  This is what I would do.... change the noise marines for regular chaos marines.... ditch the noise marine squad with the sonic blasters, instead take a squad of raptors..... give your sorceror a jump pack and have him run with the raptors. Also, find the 20 points needed to give your terminators combi-meltas or combi-plasmas... whatever suits your fancy

Did the new Chaos Codex remove the 0-1 from the obliterator entry?  If not, you need to drop a unit of Oblits.

They're no longer 0-1 and are a heavy support choice.
