1) In a 1,500 point list you don't need that many Genestealers. A couple of units @ 6 models per should do you nicely. Also, by taking smaller units you'll find it much easier to keep them all out of LOS behind the Carnifexes.
Also, if you need extra points you can definitely get away with not taking Extended Carapace on the stealers as they usually stay pretty safe from firing behind the big guys.
2) You should always split your Raveners into units of one if you have the slots available (and you do). That way it gives you more tactical flexibility and more scoring units.
3) If you want a really, really effective Godzilla list you're missing out on the best unit: The flying Tyrant w/ x2 TL Devourers.
Also, a Barbed Strangler on a Hive Tyrant is a waste of points since it costs too much and doesn't utilize the Tyrant's impressive 3 Attacks. I recommend a TL Devourer as a back-up weapon to the Venom Cannon. It will generate far more infantry kills over the course of the game than a Barbed Strangler and for less points. I'd also strongly recommend at least one Tyrant Guard for your Walking Tyrant.
So in short, you should:
1) Dump all but twelve stealers and pull the Carapace off them. 2) Take a flying Tyrant with x2 TL Devourers. 3) Give your walking Tyrant a TL Devourer instead of the Barbed Strangler and get him some Tyrant Guard if you have any points left over.
