I'd place it closer to 90%...there are some elements who neither oppose nor support, and of course their are Nrahja who aren't even really aware of the overall situation...
But yes, by and large..the majority of wolves in the world are either Loyalist to the Crown or at least Supporters.


EDIT: Over the past year...as Vampires push forward....grabbing more and more territory and gaining power, even more Wolves have rallied to Natasha's flag.

............... Natasha is really much more than Rahl ( though the traits of that clan are strong in her) she's sort of a Lyceolon/Rahl mix...but that's all part of how her mind works.

Now, while on occasion Vampires and Werewolves find themselves working together..( Andy's case, where he is pretty much a slave...or in the case of Dez, where his quest for revenge has led him to ally with a vamp)...by and large..Werewolves hate Vampires...can't even stand the smell of them...and will attack them on sight...Vampires, for the most past loathe Werewolves as well...and only use those they have enslaved...or otherwise manipulated..for their own means.
They are not friends...they are not allies...they absolutely despise each other.
