It's Crunch Time!

Just under a month to go and the pre-registrations are coming in. The pre-registration page is up and running at the iowabattleground.com sight. You can pre-register and even pre-pay for this event via Pay-Pal. Entry fee is $20.

Pre-payment is not require although it is recommended. This is a privately sponsored event and all entry fees will go towards prize support and event costs. (Mostly the cost of felt for the tabletops!)

The more people who pre-pay, the less risk involved and the better the prizes will be.

Those who pre-pay will have a guaranteed spot for the day of the event. Those who pre-register without pre-payment will be logged and will be given a slot on a first-come-first serve basis. (Based on when you pre-registered.) This event is currently capped at 30 people. Although with enough pre-paid registrants I could be convinced to open up some more.

There will be RTT Plaques and frames given out for Best Overall, Best Sportsman, Best Appearance and Best Army. Winners in these categories will be given gift cards to http://www.thewarstore.com . All paid entries will be automatically entered in a raffle for a modelling hobby set. Complete with paints, hobby knives and accessories.

This event is being held at Basile Hall 3rd floor - Mount Mercy College Cedar Rapids, IA. Check-in begins at 9am. The first game will start at 10am. (1330 Elmhurst Dr. NE Cedar Rapids, IA)
