Sorry to ask silly question but does this inlcude special and/or heavy weapons, and sergeant options?

Gives you special and a heavy weapons. You get sgt. upgrades, special weapons, and a missile launcher.

From what I understand, the Combat Squad box only gives you bits to make 5 standard bolter marines... no special weapon, no heavy weapon, and no command sprue.

I agree with Gabe. its just 5 plebian space marines with no options other than bolters.

Ahhh.... oops. I keep getting the tactical and combat squads messed up in my head.

you'd be better off going to www.thewarstore.com and ordering the one pose guys from the starter set as bitz.
