I'm looking for something anime looking to use for converting battlewagons.

Do you mean you want full tanks to use as battlewagons, or you want bits to use for converting your GW wagons? Also, why would you want an anime style for orks?
Maybe try infinity. No real "Tanks", but some vehicles to scavange bits from. http://www.arcaneminiatures.co.uk/infinity-miniatures.asp There's others but I can't think of any atm.

A quick Google search for anime tank models has returned
http://www.toyslogic.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2_31&products_id=310
and that's about it.
Here's a big (1/35th scale) walker: http://www.hlj.com/product/DUS35002 (which can also be found here slightly cheaper: http://www.dustgame.com/new/detail.php?id=17)

He's got a mind like a steel trap. By which I mean it can only hold one idea at a time;
it latches on to the first idea to come along, good or bad; and it takes strenuous effort with a crowbar to make it let go.

Anime is much more about giant robots rather than tanks. You might be able to dig something up from "dominion tank police" but other than that, I'm really not sure what you could find. Funny enough, I foudn one from the same guy that did the tron tank.

A little off topic, but the the robots from "Ghost in the Shell" would make great dreadnaughts or killa kans for the army.

Well I kind of moved near Toronto, actually.

Are those really what you had in mind? Those are the ugliest/stupidest things I've ever seen. The Grandis, I mean.
I like the Tron one, more along the lines of Falcons and Hammerheads.

 I just really don't like them #1 and they really don't fit the 40k universe, either.
I was going to suggest mixing Tau stuff and Eldar stuff but he must be looking for something really unique.

I like the idea of the Bonepart tank from the Dominion tank police series! I had thought about doing a Grot armored company, wasn't sure what rules to use, but I thought that the Bonepart tank would be awsome for a grot tank! Plus it looks rather ork-grot-ish...
Just my two cents,
Thanks,
Chappy P!
