Hiya,

When reading messages on this site, after 1 minute or so (haven't timed it), my browser - Mozilla Firefox 5.0 - always seems to "refresh" the page; the Dakka icon turns into the "page loading" icon, and the mouse cursor changes to the arrow-and-hourglass version that indicates the system is busy doing something. The page doesn't actually disappear and reappear, but the weird thing is that if I then use the "Back" button on my browser to go back to the Forum Index, it takes me back to the same page! Pressing Back again then takes me back to wherever I came from. It's exactly as if the browser loads each page twice, and then treats each instance of the loading as a seperate page. It even comes up on the History as two (different) entries with exactly the same name.

Does anyone know why it's doing this?

Thanks,
Viperion

I'm sure there will be a 15 disc super duper blu-wiener-ray edition that will have every little thing included. - Necros, on Watchmen

This is just the advert refreshing itself. It will be fixed in a later release which will come in the next couple of months. Until then, the workaround is to use the links on the page to navigate rather than the back button I am afraid.

Check out our new, fully plastic tabletop wargame - Maelstrom's Edge, made by Dakka!
