Subject: 4 different lists to choose from...

So I'm trying to build a list to 1107 points, my goal is mechanized assault, and my army is Chaos Space Marines.
Having looked at the list I want to build, and discovering that I can't quite make it fit into the points allowed (20 points over), I've narrowed my options down to 4 different lists, that I'm having a hard time choosing between. Any input as to which list is 'best' and/or how to improve upon it would be most welcome.
Here's my desired list:
Chaos Lord /w Terminator Armour, 2x Lightning Claws - 130
9 CSMs /w Melta gun, including a Champion /w Powerfist, in Rhino /w Extra Armour - 235

Defiler - 150
Defiler - 150
3 Obliterators - 225
Total: 1125
Option 1)
Chaos Lord /w Terminator Armour, Mark of Khorne, and BloodFeeder - 155
4 Terminators, 1 PF/Reaper, 1 CF/Combi-Melta, 1 PW/Combi-Flamer, 1 PW/Combi-Bolter - 180
9 CSMs /w Melta gun, including a Champion /w Powerfist, in Rhino /w Extra Armour - 235

The two Rhino squads and two Defilers are the constants in your lists.
I'd add a Daemon Prince with flight to keep up with the Rhinos.
The rest is personal preference: Obliterators or Termies, although Termies with combi-plasma give you more warm bodies for the bucks.

With Wüsten, the winged prince is the best HQ to keep up with those rhino squads - couldn't you fly it up behind one of them even, hop over it / it's wreckage and assault ftw? And I'd say slap warptime on that DP and really go to town.
With what's left, I think oblits (2) are the ticket, unless you want a min-strength plasma drod termi squad for around 150 points. With the change left over I guess another CSM or meltagun is in order.

The only problem with a winged prince is that I don't actually have a model for him, which is why I thought up the pair of dreads + prince (prince runs up using the dreads as shields), since I don't have time to build/convert a winged prince unfortunately.
With that in mind, would the lord in terminator armour with a squad of termies be a good option?

Ahhh I get you on the foot prince - I actually use a MoS walking prince w/ warptime, because I wanted to use the carnosaur model from fantasy (which clearly doesn't have wings!) ...
The pair of combat dreads wouldn't be the best shield for the walker dp though, with 1/3 of their movement phases being spent double-tapping their 2x twin bolters (into each other!) and not moving, or fleeting ahead of the little group. Stomping behind the rhinos actually wouldn't be too bad, but then the rhinos would either need to be right next to each other (forming a wall), or not max out their move.
On the termies, I generally get caught up on how slow they are and vulnerable (mostly because they're so slow). You'd be thinking the build in List #2? The combis - I'd make them both melta or flamer for consistency of targets (and you have no homers in the list, so maybe meltas to avoid bad scatter when trying to reach template range) - give the squad potential on deep strike, but the reaper gives them something to do as they wade in. Against a lot of standard mixed lists they might even work, with the enemy's anti-tank having a lot of targets first turn - defilers, smoked rhinos, termies.
If you haven't built them yet, the new chaos terminators are pretty sweet too, something to keep in mind if you're more out for modeling

The terminators have been built and painted for a while... I've actually got 8 models in terminator armour at the moment, 2 reaper + power fist, 1 bolter/melta + chainfist, 1 bolter/flamer + power weapon, 2 bolter/bolter + power weapon, 1 converted 2x lightning claw, and 1 converted /w a daemon weapon. I realized that I should probably post the models I have to work with Assembled: 1 daemon prince (non-winged) the 8 terminators listed above 2 dreadnoughts (flexible on combos, yay magnets) roughly 26 marines with bolters 4 with plasma 4 with las roughly 22 marines with bp+ccw 4 meltas 2 with power fist and plasma pistol (opponents have been OK with them not having PPs even though they are modeled) 2 rhinos 2 defilers 1 land raider 3 oblits 1 predator /w 3x las Unassembled: 5 marines in any config, I have 4 more las and meltas if I want them 6 raptors (incl champ /w 2x LC, and 1x assault weapon man) 1 lord of change edit: 1 more note, deep strike will not be an option _unless_ the unit's entry specifically allows it, eg, terminators.

The only problem I see in your lists is the HQ: a lumbering DP.
A smart enemy will avoid it as he's too slow.
How about a Biker Lord, by using the Doom Rider model?

So I've given it some thought and am down to 2 options,
Option 1)
Chaos Lord /w Terminator Armour, Mark of Khorne, and BloodFeeder - 155
4 Terminators, 1 PF/Reaper, 1 CF/Combi-Melta, 1 PW/Combi-Flamer, 1 PW/Combi-Bolter - 180
9 CSMs /w Melta gun, including a Champion /w Powerfist, in Rhino /w Extra Armour - 235
9 CSMs /w Melta gun, including a Champion /w Powerfist, in Rhino /w Extra Armour - 235
Defiler - 150
Defiler - 150
Total: 1105
Option 4)
Daemon Prince /w Warptime - 135
Dreadnought /w 2x DCCW, 2x Combi-Bolter - 100
Dreadnought /w 2x DCCW, 2x Combi-Bolter - 100
9 CSMs /w Melta gun, including a Champion /w Powerfist, in Rhino /w Extra Armour - 235
9 CSMs /w Melta gun, including a Champion /w Powerfist, in Rhino /w Extra Armour - 235
Defiler - 150
Defiler - 150
Total: 1105
I like option 1 because it gives me a relatively tough scoring unit that can be deep struck onto an objective, the downside is that this unit is relatively light on AT.
I like option 4 because it gives me a trio of killy beasts that can also shred most armour, the downside is that this unit is SLOW (especially compared to the rest of the troops)
At any rate, I also need to figure out how to arm my defilers, standard (flamers/reaper/battlecannon), 3x DCCW (extra dccw, reaper, battlecannon), 4x DCCW (2 extra dccw, battlecannon).
