I play Warhammer 40k. I started when Rogue Trader began and stayed with it through a good chuck of 2ed. I recently came back to 40k after my income allowed it again. I am assembling a Rogue Trader themed Apocalypse sized army. I live in Las Vegas, the Land of Dice and Cards.

Hello and welcome! Vegas is a great place - I go there about once a year, but I've never found a hobby store there, is there some FLGS lurking in a strip mall somewhere? I was curious as well - do residents of Vegas tend to gamble very often or is it like here in the UK where most people get it out of their system very quickly at a young age thanks to it being everywhere?

Plenty of FGS, sadly I have no FLGS (at least not local enough to me). They tend to be spread out in the suburbs or near the Colleges and University. All the ones that I know of a hidden in strip malls and such. I wholeheartedly recommend Little Shop of Magic ( http://www.shopofmagic.com ). When I get a free moment I will post links to some of the others on my personal site.

It would seem to be like the UK then, some people gamble too much, most don't gamble at all.
