First off, I really like that people try to stick with legions and such and I respect what your trying to do with this list.
Now for the bad. Its SLOW
Really, any army with any kind of firepower will rip you apart.
Also I dont think 2 oblits are going to take out what tanks they have.
I play chaos and in a 1500 point list id have a predator and maybe a defiler, also maybe even rhinos.
It's cool your going thousand sons but your going to need some variety, Terminators with the MOT would do wonders and they still would go witht he theme.
It just has alot of flaws to me though I wouldnt be surprised if you pulled off a few wins anyway with all that bolter and magic.

You have too many Thousand Sons (the unit), and they're in units that are too large (yes, I know, sacred number etc., but I find it quite an absurd idea for a god who's he embodiment of change to be such a stickler for 10s). They're the worst troops in the entire Chaos 'dex once they're locked in CC, so large squads are a detriment once the enemy hits your lines. Fluff-wise, I think it makes sense that a TSons army would have a fairly large post-Rubric contingent, since there's a limited (and non-increasable) number of "classic" TSons.
I'd cut the numbers to a little more than half what they currently are (3 squads of 8, maybe) and beef up the army's ranged firepower as well as add some counter-charge. Another Oblit (or 4. . .) would be good, as would Terminators or even some lesser daemons to dig the Sons out of CC.

You have way enough ap3 with just the bolters. I would personally cut one units in half and throw in bolt of change instead of doombolt, take out a 10 man squad and add 2/2 obliterators for guarenteed tank kills, and maybe a prince or lord with deamon weapon and wings or a disk. But any assault army would still probably tear you into little pieces. What would happen if 10 jump pack dudes got into the thick of things? And what would you do against terminators. A guard army with 3 leaman russ would also probably chew you apart.

Um, TK sacred number is 9, btw.
Anyway I'd use at most 2 squads of 9 thousand sons, bolt of change on both sorcs. Then 3 x 1 obliterators, a daemon prince with bolt of change and wings.
Then a squad of 9 terminators, MOT, one chainfist, and 2 reaper autocannons with tankhunters.
If you're dead set on sticking to Tzeentch, I'm not sure where I would go from there. I think that's going to run pretty close to 1500 though.

I think 6 spawn running around would be a very fluffy and amusing trade for one unit of TS. A deepstriking anti-tank terminator squad would also help.

Have to have 10 Termies to run 2 reapers.
I'd remove Ahriman (he isn't very good for being so expensive).
Add in two DP's. Just add flight, you can't afford much at this points level.
Run 3 units of TS and 3 units of Oblits.
Depend on the oblits to kill vehicles, and the TS to kill infantry. At this points level you can't do much more.
2 DP
3 TS
3x2 Oblits.
Should be affordable, and should do reasonably well.
Hide the DPs to keep enemies away from your army, they're pretty much the only close combat you've got.
