I want to create a Ig army based on this concept. I basicly want to cram as much psykers into the army as possible.

So far It looks like I will be talking daemon hunter allies For a Lord inquisitor and 3 daemon hosts.

5 sanctioned psykers.

So thats 9, where else could I get more psykers?

I have this Idea to convert a basilisk to a choir of Students focusing together channeling though a head master and blasting things with indirect fire.

Anyone got any other good ideas for conversions or complimentary units for this list?

I think Schaeffer's last chancers can get a lotta psykers? I don't recall for sure though.

Make sure you take a Culexus assassin in there for anti-assault (15 or some-odd Ap1 shots can really stop a squad that's going to charge you next turn in its tracks)

Not sure that you'd ever win a game, but if you're just looking for tons of IG psykers you need the last chancers. IIRC each one can be upgraded to a psyker so you can get up to 20 more. Throw in a culexus assassin and you'll at least have a fun one trick pony.

Does that require the use of a special character? And if so does that require opponets agreement?

A Culexus assassin would not really fit the fluff of the army though. I mean a school full of psyker cadets having ties with a fanatical anti psyker assassin that has a rule called "psychic abomonation"

It would be fun though.

GW and tournament organizers have moved to allowing special characters without opponents permission in most cases. As far as the fluff, who better than a culexus assassin to help the Inquistor make sure these ex-con psykers don't get out of line?

Could I potentially take Deamonhunter allies with a last chancer army?

What about my basilsk idea? Is that possible with the last chancers?

Well, the basilisk is just a conversion. it's still a basilisk. It's allowed in an IG army, so your fine.

You CAN take last chancers and DH. It's not a problem there.

Although I find it to be a highly bad idea for winning, it's a GREAT idea for fluff!
