There are some new previews from Urban Mammoth for Metropolis (their big battle version of Urban War.) The Viridian Tomahawk CLAU looks cool, and the chainsaw arms from the Titus IV Nero could make for some really nice Ork conversions.

Enjoy!

Normally a GW product fan, but I agree, that Urban War stuff is brill. They also release 'building' kits, that are 'click' style. If you liked Lego, you will love all of the diff. stuff you can do with it. I particularly like the Junkers figs. Make really good servitors too, BTW.

As mentioned in the description of the Titus IV Nero it's on a 50mm base (halfway between Terminator bases and IG Heavy Weapon bases) which is the same as the large bases used in Warmachine.

So, since the Warstore cleared out their stock, who carries Urban Mammoth in the US these days?

Guinness: for those who are men of the cloth and football fans, but not necessarily in that order.

I think the lesson here is the best way to enjoy GW's games is to not use any of their rules.--Crimson Devil

Some people on www.theminiaturespage.com say the warstore will carry them again and were just clearing out old stock. Not what I remember reading but there you go.

Anyway this place apparently has them in the US

Those are not bad figs, and the buildings do look great; I will probably end up buying a pack of two of those.
One thing I appreciate about the figures is the variety of male and female models. It think GW has something of a dearth of X chromosomes in their lines, making things like Inquisitors and various Sister options a bit of a pain to model. I can understand it, but still, it would be nice to have a few more options. Options that didn't include "buy from other company, tart up with GW bitz so that people don't notice at tournament."
