Two lists, I was wondering which people think is the more powerful list of the two (In terms of raw power)

The Eldar list is tougher: 5 skimmers.
The 5 men Marine squads are questionable.

yeah, and the marines are equipped for close range damage with no way to get them there --no rhino, no drop pods. They'd never get in range to do real damage to the eldar list (or many other lists).
