How could fan lists get acceptance?

I'd be all for it. Under Russ, things like "Dakka Approved" were frowned upon, but who knows what yak would be up for.

On a similar note, I've written some rules for 40k armies using Warmachine rules. This is a bit different from what you're proposing, but I'd like to hitch myself to this wagon, if it gets going.

I think this would be one of the best things to happen (the C&D, not a lawsuit). It would be acknowledgment that the list it widely used. Then we could get a montage of the plucky users trying to work around the GW suits.

Then we could start an online petition to get them to stop! Hurr....
