Ok, I'm trying to find some information, that I'm sure that I read somewhere but my search fu is weak!

Chaplains standard SM color is Black,

Techmarines I think is blue,

But is there a list somewhere where all of this is together, possibly along with a list of fluff about why for particular colors for standard Asartes Space Marines?

Thanks in advance.

The Space Marine Codex would probably be your best bet.

It's...

Chaplains - Black (or some part of the armor black) + Skull Helm or Skull device on shoulder pad.

Librarians - Blue, (or some part of the armor blue...) + book or skull with curled down horns on shoulder

Techmarines - Red (or some part of the armor red) + mechanicus symbol and usually servo harness

Apothecary - White (or some part of the armor white...notice a trend here?) and reductor doo-hicky.

For more space marine happy goodness, www.bolterandchainsword is probably your best bet.
