for tzeentch, I think you want to run more 1k sons, and get harder troops in there. I would run a list like this:

all of the list but the oblits have 4+ invulnerables. sorcerors in the list are going to be inferior to daemon princes, which will give you (along with the terms) strong counter charge as well as anti-tank (bolt of change). The list punctures power armor pretty damn well, and you can counter the slowness of the list by being able to deepstrike most of it.

this is my ideas...going in tune with your list, your CSMs are going to get shot quickly out of the rhinos quick. I would go with more slightly smaller (7-8) squads to walk near the thousand sons (who you need at least another squad of), to counter assault.

Definitely replace the lord with a daemon prince. With mark, wings and bolt of change, he can serve a lot more roles, and is much tougher.
